Let’s not forget to submit the Notification of the Contracting Organization, right after you change your job.
Not a few people who have obtained a work visa from overseas and are working in Japan may decide to change jobs after working for a while.
One of the procedures that is often overlooked in such cases is the submission of NOTIFICATION OF THE CONTRACTING ORGANIZATION.
Especially for those have the status of residence on Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services, if you decide to change jobs, you must submit this notification form within 14 days of starting your new job.
The procedure can be done by mail, other than submitting via the online system or visiting the agency in person.
If submitting by mail, please include a copy of your Residence Card.
We believe that immediately after changing jobs, you may find yourself very busy adjusting to your new workplace and environment, so we recommend preparing in advance.
